  • Business Account Administrators: When you join a kaimahi dairy Enterprise or business account, the administrators of that account may access and control your account at any time. In addition, if you create an account using an email address belonging to your employer or another organization, we may share the fact that you have an account and certain account information, such as your email address, with your employer or organization to, for example, enable you to be added to their business account.
  • Other Users and Third Parties You Share Information With: Certain features allow you to display or share information with other users or third parties. For example, you may share Kaimahi Dairy conversations with other users via shared links or send information to third-party applications via custom actions. Be sure you trust any user or third party with whom you share information.

 4. Data Security:

We take reasonable measures to protect the security of your personal information and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. International users

By using our Service, you understand and acknowledge that your Personal Information will be processed and stored in our facilities and servers in the United States and may be disclosed to our service providers and affiliates in other jurisdictions.

6. Your Rights:

Depending on location, individuals may have certain statutory rights in relation to their Personal Information. For example, you may have the right to:

  • Access your Personal Information and information relating to how it is processed.
  • Delete your Personal Information from our records.
  • Rectify or update your Personal Information.

 7. Phone Messaging Policy:

All kaimahi dairy Ltd messaging transmitted via our platform - regardless of the use case or phone number type (e.g., long code or toll-free) is compliant with the Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging. All A2P messages originating from the system are subject to this Messaging Policy, which covers messaging rules and /or prohibitions regarding:

  • Consent (“opt-in”):Consent can't be bought, sold, or exchanged. For example, we can't obtain the consent of message recipients by purchasing a phone list from another party. And SMS should only be sent to the opted-in contacts.

  • Revocation of Consent (“opt-out”):The initial message that you send to an individual needs includes the following language: “Reply STOP to unsubscribe,” or the equivalent so that Individuals have the ability to revoke consent at any time by replying with a standard opt-out keyword.

  • Sender Identification:Every initial message we send clearly identify you (the party that obtained the opt-in from the recipient) as the sender, except in follow-up messages of an ongoing conversation.

  • Messaging Usage: We don’t send messages in any way related to alcohol, firearms, gambling, tobacco, or other adult content and our content is exclusively related to cheese making and dairy products.

  • Filtering Evasion:As noted above, we do not allow content that has been specifically designed to evade detection by unwanted messaging detection and prevention mechanisms. This includes intentionally misspelled words or non-standard opt-out phrases which have been specifically created with the intent to evade these mechanisms. We do not permit snowshoeing, which is defined as spreading similar or identical messages across many phone numbers with the intent or effect of evading unwanted messaging detection and prevention mechanisms.


This policy applies to all our customers who use a US- Phone, messaging services to safeguard their messaging capabilities and services.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
